Flexible Working and Equipment

talessio supports mobile and flexible working and provides excellent technical equipment for this purpose. Our base camp is our modern office in Tübingen’s Südstadt. We come together as a team at the large conference table, and everyone can find their favourite place on our four floors.

Team culture

At talessio, we value flat hierarchies and transparent communication. We see ourselves as a team, as every day shows that mutual support makes our consulting so much more robust and that we benefit from our questions and ideas together. Onboarding

There is a lot to do when it comes to digitizing HR processes. Therefore, we are happy to welcome new faces to the team and are proud of the different disciplines that come together at talessio. Onboarding is essential - that's why we offer enough time and space to really arrive at our company.

Team events

We love to celebrate our successes! Preferably on our terrace with a view of the greenery and a grill that we heat up together in the summer. We have the wine fridge for special occasions (or moments of frustration). We also have regular team events and are on the road home and abroad.
