How does a successful Cornerstone implementation work?

Having already supported Manz with the introduction of Cornerstone Recruiting and Learning in the Asia region, talessio was able to provide support as an implementation partner for the Performance and Compensation modules. This involved implementing the annual performance review, target setting and salary processes. Manz shares their experience here on the collaboration and the course of the project.

The preconfigured test system made it possible to transfer many settings directly to the production environment, saving valuable time.
