Flexible Working and Equipment
talessio supports mobile and flexible working and provides excellent technical equipment for this purpose. Our base is our modern office in Tübingen. We come together as a team at the large conference table, and everyone can find their favorite place on our four floors.

Learning is close to our hearts! That is why talessio promotes both professional and personal training and development. Custom-made and personalized, we approach the needs of our customers as well as the development of each team member.
Onboarding
There is a lot to do when it comes to digitalizing HR processes. That's why we are happy to welcome new faces to the team and are proud of the different disciplines that come together at talessio. Familiarization is important - that's why we offer enough time and space to get on board.
Team Events
We love to celebrate our successes! Preferably on our terrace with a view of the greenery and a grill that we heat up together in the summer. For special occasions (or moments of frustration), there's the wine fridge. We also have regular team events and are on the road at home and abroad.
