What to expect with us

As an HR IT Con­sul­tant, you will sup­port com­pa­nies in dig­i­tal­is­ing their HR process­es with Cor­ner­stone OnDemand.

Step by step, you will learn to guide projects from require­ments analy­sis through to go-live. Togeth­er with expe­ri­enced col­leagues, you will analyse process­es, struc­ture require­ments, con­fig­ure sys­tems and sup­port our clients in suc­cess­ful­ly deliv­er­ing their projects.

Along the way, you will get to know com­pa­nies of all sizes and indus­tries – from inter­na­tion­al cor­po­ra­tions to mid-sized fam­i­ly businesses.

As your expe­ri­ence grows, you will take on increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty and help shape projects independently.

Ini­tial expe­ri­ence in or an inter­est in HR, IT, data or process management

More impor­tant than spe­cif­ic tech­nolo­gies or qual­i­fi­ca­tions is your will­ing­ness to learn new things and take on responsibility.
