What to expect with us
As an HR IT ConÂsulÂtant, you will supÂport comÂpaÂnies in digÂiÂtalÂisÂing their HR processÂes with CorÂnerÂstone OnDemand.
Step by step, you will learn to guide projects from requireÂments analyÂsis through to go-live. TogethÂer with expeÂriÂenced colÂleagues, you will analyse processÂes, strucÂture requireÂments, conÂfigÂure sysÂtems and supÂport our clients in sucÂcessÂfulÂly delivÂerÂing their projects.
Along the way, you will get to know comÂpaÂnies of all sizes and indusÂtries – from interÂnaÂtionÂal corÂpoÂraÂtions to mid-sized famÂiÂly businesses.
As your expeÂriÂence grows, you will take on increasÂing responÂsiÂbilÂiÂty and help shape projects independently.
