We develÂop data platÂforms, Micro Apps and AI-powÂered tools around CorÂnerÂstone OnDeÂmand. Our goal is not to build as many feaÂtures as posÂsiÂble, but to solve real probÂlems for HR teams.
That is why we are lookÂing for peoÂple who enjoy writÂing clean code, take ownÂerÂship and want to activeÂly help shape our products.
What to expect with us
You will develÂop the techÂnoÂlogÂiÂcal founÂdaÂtion of our talÂentÂtrends products.
This includes interÂfaces between CorÂnerÂstone OnDeÂmand and our clients’ sysÂtems, modÂern data platÂforms and appliÂcaÂtions that make comÂplex HR data underÂstandÂable and usable.
You will work on Micro Apps, data anaÂlytÂics and AI-powÂered soluÂtions, and conÂtribute ideas on how our prodÂucts can evolve.
We are not lookÂing for someÂone to simÂply work through tickÂets. We are lookÂing for someÂone who thinks along, quesÂtions things and helps shape what we build.
