With tal­ent­trends, we at talessio have built our own prod­uct and tech­nol­o­gy division.

We devel­op data plat­forms, Micro Apps and AI-pow­ered tools around Cor­ner­stone OnDe­mand. Our goal is not to build as many fea­tures as pos­si­ble, but to solve real prob­lems for HR teams.

That is why we are look­ing for peo­ple who enjoy writ­ing clean code, take own­er­ship and want to active­ly help shape our products.

What to expect with us

You will devel­op the tech­no­log­i­cal foun­da­tion of our tal­ent­trends products.

This includes inter­faces between Cor­ner­stone OnDe­mand and our clients’ sys­tems, mod­ern data plat­forms and appli­ca­tions that make com­plex HR data under­stand­able and usable.

You will work on Micro Apps, data ana­lyt­ics and AI-pow­ered solu­tions, and con­tribute ideas on how our prod­ucts can evolve.

We are not look­ing for some­one to sim­ply work through tick­ets. We are look­ing for some­one who thinks along, ques­tions things and helps shape what we build.

Sol­id knowl­edge of C# and .NET

An inter­est in cloud tech­nolo­gies, APIs, data plat­forms and mod­ern soft­ware development

Curios­i­ty about the inter­sec­tion of tech­nol­o­gy and HR

Very good Ger­man and good Eng­lish skills

Expe­ri­ence with Cor­ner­stone OnDe­mand is not a must. A will­ing­ness to get to grips with new top­ics is.
