Work­ing Stu­dent Soft­ware Devel­op­ment (m/​f/​d) – HR Tech & Micro Apps for Cor­ner­stone OnDemand

talessio is an imple­men­ta­tion and con­sult­ing part­ner for Cor­ner­stone OnDe­mand, one of the world’s lead­ing tal­ent man­age­ment plat­forms. For our enter­prise clients in the DACH region, we devel­op our own prod­uct suite under the tal­ent­trends brand – extend­ing Cor­ner­stone with ana­lyt­ics, inte­gra­tion and AI capa­bil­i­ties, includ­ing Micro Apps: com­pact web appli­ca­tions that bring HR process­es direct­ly into Cornerstone.

Your responsibilities

  • You devel­op Micro Apps from idea to deploy­ment: dash­boards, approval work­flows and com­pli­ance views for HR teams at large enterprises

  • Fron­tend and back­end with C#/.NET (Bla­zor) and SQL

  • Inte­gra­tion of Cor­ner­stone inter­faces (REST, ODa­ta, report­ing database)

  • Deploy­ment and oper­a­tions on Microsoft Azure

  • Con­cept and UX design togeth­er with our con­sul­tants – your code goes live with real clients

Your profile

  • Enrolled in com­put­er sci­ence, busi­ness infor­mat­ics, media infor­mat­ics or a com­pa­ra­ble degree program

  • Sol­id skills in at least one pro­gram­ming lan­guage (C# is ide­al, but Type­Script, Java or Python are a good foun­da­tion) and a basic under­stand­ing of web development

  • Basic SQL skills

  • Struc­tured, self-reliant way of work­ing; you use mod­ern AI tools pro­duc­tive­ly rather than just passively

  • Flu­ent Ger­man, good English
