The ZOLLERN Academy faced the challenge of modernizing its training and talent development processes and eliminating manual workflows. The goal was to establish a modern learning management platform that not only increases efficiency but also creates the foundation for strategic talent development. In addition, all documents related to the instruction and operation of individual machines were to be digitized and transformed into a comprehensive and auditable onboarding process.

With the implementation of the Cornerstone Learning module, we jointly laid the foundation for the digital transformation of the ZOLLERN Academy.
