ZOLLERN Academy: Successful Cornerstone Learning Implementation for Digital Transformation

From Manual Processes to a Digital Learning Platform

The ZOLLERN Acad­e­my faced the chal­lenge of mod­ern­iz­ing its train­ing and tal­ent devel­op­ment process­es and elim­i­nat­ing man­u­al work­flows. The goal was to estab­lish a mod­ern learn­ing man­age­ment plat­form that not only increas­es effi­cien­cy but also cre­ates the foun­da­tion for strate­gic tal­ent devel­op­ment. In addi­tion, all doc­u­ments relat­ed to the instruc­tion and oper­a­tion of indi­vid­ual machines were to be dig­i­tized and trans­formed into a com­pre­hen­sive and auditable onboard­ing process.

The Solution

With the imple­men­ta­tion of the Cor­ner­stone Learn­ing mod­ule, we joint­ly laid the foun­da­tion for the dig­i­tal trans­for­ma­tion of the ZOLLERN Acad­e­my. The new solu­tion enables tar­get­ed man­age­ment and strate­gic align­ment of devel­op­ment mea­sures. Man­agers now have a com­pre­hen­sive overview with­in their areas of respon­si­bil­i­ty; an essen­tial step toward more effi­cient process­es and a clear tal­ent strat­e­gy. Nec­es­sary or even legal­ly required instruc­tions and train­ings can be planned and assigned in a trace­able manner.
